The Cultural Affairs Office invites you to watch “Sining Gising sa DLSZ”, a Folk Dance Summer Recital on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at the Debbie Decena Auditorium (DDA) from 9:30 am – 10:30 am.
This show is the culmination of the Folk Dance Summer Camp held this May 7-11, 2018 at the CPA dance studio. It aims to promote the Philippine Culture thru creative expression, specifically in Philippine Folk Dance. Invited camp facilitators are from the Philippine Folk Dance Society NCR-Marikina Chapter led by Ms. Elenita Cruz, Guild President & Artistic Director.
Philippine Folk Dance Society NCR-Marikina Chapter & Marikina Culture and the Arts Council-Marikina Dance Guild is a non-government organization, which was founded twenty (20) years ago by Ms. Cruz, together with DepEd teachers, Principals and dance enthusiasts, to promote the Philippine Culture through music, dance and theatre arts.
