Grade School Mathletes Finished With Medals in Thailand International Mathematics Olympiad 2019

Members of the Philippine team in the 2019 bagged medals and awards in the recently held Thailand International Mathematics Competition in Phuket Thailand last April 5 – 8. DLSZ young Mathletes – Zachary Karl Chavez (DLSZ 2030) and Jacob Bernas (DLSZ 2026) received Gold Medals while John Iain Iñigo Aguada (Batch 2028) and Allen Tobey Mateo Abrojena (Batch 2030) won Silver and Bronze Medals, respectively. Collin David Chiong (Batch 2030) finished with a Merit Award. 
TIMO is an annual competition jointly organized by Hongkong’s Olympiad Education and Thailand Mathematics Society. This years’ competition was participated in by Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Ukraine, Philippines, Kyrgyzstan, Iran, Taiwan, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Cambodia. 
Gold medal finishers will be invited in World International Mathematical Olympiad which will be held in Tokyo, Japan this December.
